It must have been at least 10 years ago that I saw a brief scene in a movie. I believe the main chatacter was a guy who was tan, bald, and muscular and possibly a cyborg or Android (idk if that’s acurrate but he was incredibly strong). Somehow he ended up in this village in the forest and he was helping the community. I wanna say there was a scene where he showed his strength by lifting a cut down tree or something…

Animated film on vhs from during the late 80s, early 90s.
Around the early 1990s I rented a cartoon on VHS from the library. The animation was very unique and wacky. I believe the main character was a young guy. He was tall and lanky and had a long nose and big mouth. He was traveling on a small boat/ canoe with others that had special abilities. I think at one point there was a leak in a boat and one of the guys could grow his legs long enough till his feet reached the sea floor so they didn’t sink.
