I saw this movie as a kid couple times cause they use to show it to us in music class for whatever reason in elementary school/middle school. It’s driving me insane that I can’t remember the title or the faces of the actresses.

I’m pretty sure it was a period piece cause I remember everyone wearing fancy outfits. There’s a little girl and she’s basically being told the story through flashback by these two women who were in love with the same man I think. I also remember there being a play within the movie. The play might have been Romeo and Juliet. The movie could either be from the early 2000s or 90s. Definitely not recent though cause I remember the film being on VHS.

…the guy up in a desert. I can’t remember what movie it was.

So it was 2 or 3 young women on a roadtrip in America. Movie was in English, in color, and I think on the SciFi channel (now SyFy). One lady I know was black, another was white with I think blonde hair.

Somewhere along the way they started getting harassed by some creeper car and I think is devolved in the guy being a murder. Near the end they get in a wild chase with the guy and make him fly off the road and beat him up in a desert or very dry plain.

The movie had a “come-at-me-if-can-come” feel. At least PG-13 with the cussing but likely higher with the blood.

I saw it within the last ten years but not within the last three but it could be older than that, of course.

There was some weird thing the women had about hanging on the hood of the car while it was moving. Something they always wanted to try or stg. I think they called it “windmilling,” and one of the ladies did it.

Oh, also I think the women hadn’t seen each other in a while and were catching up.
