So when I was in elementary school I remember staying up late and watching this movie. I can’t remember what it is called or much about it other than this. This girl and her friend (I guess) was witches and in order to either get the rest of the powers or keep them she had to collect so many souls and they ended up in her necklace. I remember before falling asleep about her having to take a family members soul and she started to cry because she didn’t want to do it. Ugh! I hope someone knows this movie it has bothered me now for 10+ years now. Help me!
