Looking for the title to an 80’s movie (I think) About a group of teens headed somewhere, they break down and find their way to a house,  Back woods folks live there and they have a daughter that acts like a little girl.  In the end, one of the teenage girls also starts dressing like a little girl and decides to stay with the backwoods family

so i’ve been trying to figure out what this movie is for a long time & i only have a vague memory…

*i saw it in what i’m assuming was the 80’s but may have been the early 90’s (i was young & was born in ’81)

*i have no recollection if this was a movie or a tv show, but i suspect it was a movie

*i have no recollection of any other scenes besides this little snippet described below, where no one speaks, so i can’t be positive it was in english, but i would imagine it was

*the only thing i remember about the movie is a very small snippet where they show a child who is locked in a basement. he has a striped shirt on & his eyes are glowing (possibly green?). i have the  vague recollection that he’s being shown to someone.
