I’ve search for this movie everywhere and I can’t find it. I saw it a couple years ago so my memory of it isn’t the greatest. But it’s from the 21st century, in colour, a movie in english and it was a pretty horrific and sad movie.

What I can remember from it is that it was about a couple of children during what I belieive was world war II or the first. They lived in a house together with some parent, I think, and when the war started they were shipped away to safety (I think), and when they were on the cars togehter some were shot when they were stopped by soldiers and the children have to leave one of their friends (or sibling) on the ground. I remember also that two of the children, girls, were running from people in the woods and were trying to hide and I think they killed a man to survive. Later one of the children, the oldest girl, finds her brother in a bag, dead, and he had glasses. And later they hide in barn in a field and live there for some time alone until they die later on.

I don’t really remember a lot of it because I saw it a really long time ago, but I hope someone can help me locating it or maybe know the name of  the movie.
