well i see this movie about 15 years ago in VHS , it`s chines or Japanese , the main character is some one called Jorji or Georgi , he is like Jackie chan style and fight with his style too

the scene i remember well is the fight between him and very big and monster man in the pool and there are some bikini girls around him when they fight

if i not wrong i thing he want to Try save her sister from drug band.
