In the movie we see a woman who works at night in a morgue. At some point she meets a young man in a club. she has a one night stand with him. All we know is his name ( I don’t remember it) and that he has a tattoo on his thigh. Some days later after not hearing from him, she is doing her shift at the morgue. A body comes in for her to autopsy. As she starts to remove the sheet, she sees the tattoo on his leg. She uncovers his face to reveal it is the young man she slept with. After that she seems to see him everywhere. She finally chases down this person at night on the street, They argue as he claims he does not know her. They walk into and alley and she yanks down his pants. To her astonishment there is no tattoo. She assumes he is a twin. He tells her he has no place to stay and she takes him in. Everything later seems to be linked to a family heirloom a piece of jewelry that resembles a Mal’occhio (evil eye). She is even in a building at some point where the Mal’occhio seems to be the design on the floor. The movie gets strange and we never quite know if she is sleeping with her lovers twin or imagining a ghost. The film is all in Italian, no English subtitles. I saw it recently, perhaps on the popcorn time app or a torrent download. But it doesn’t appear in my history. It seemed to be a fairly recent film too. Any ideas?
