Please bear with me as I try to give as much as information as I can remember regarding with the movie, English is not my native language.

*The movie is animated/ Cartoon

*Year between 2000 but not more than 2005

*About space and sky

So the movie goes something like this, an old scientist/ engineer built an indestructible huge battlespaceship . He also made a smaller one for his grandson(or some boy I guess) which is something like a kryptonite for the first battlespaceship he built a small one but volatile golden color or yellow .

The ending goes where the boy seem hopeless because the huge battleship is so indestructible but he remembers one special attack that the old scientist told him as a feature of the small spaceship, so he used it when the huge battleship is infront of him. A missile appears at the bottom of the small spaceship and hits the huge battleship and blown away together with the old scientist.
