So my cousin saw this (I think she saw it on youtube by accident) about 3 or 4 years ago (2011-2012).
it’s an asian horror film (probably Japanese)
my cousin can’t read/write English nor Japanese, so I can’t ask her for the name…
she said it was about monsters/demons that live in people’s intestines, and then they (the people) sit on the toilet and defecate monsters and blood and stuff while screaming XD
I know it sounds gross, but she said it was hilarious, and I really wanna see it.
