It is a movie set in an Asian modern developed big city, with Asian actors. The movie can be described as a drama that try to depict loneliness and lack of affection. It follows the life of a guy that grows weed in his home and calls to a helpline (maybe a suicide helpline, although I am not sure) because he likes to hear the woman who answers.

Apart from that, I remember that in one scene it shows an orgy and in another scene it shows a fat woman whose husband is playing a type of pool game with another man and both men are naked (at least without pants)
