I’m looking for an Asian cannibal film where there’s 2 girls, and one of them kills and eats the other one, and keeps her head on a mantle.

There’s one particular scene where the main character is eating some “mystery meat”, and sobbing why her friend’s head sits on a mantle nearby.

Anyone know the name of this film? My brother saw part of this when he was a kid and it traumatized him. I guess he wants to get over his fear, haha.
