It’s an indie short, and seemed like it was from the 90’s. Looks very similar to Mike Judge. I remember reading that it perhaps won awards. I think the biker guy had blonde hair, and he maybe had a chainsaw for a hand––some kind of ridiculous way of dispatching mutants, anyway! Been driving me crazy. Please help!
