I’ve seen this movie in the 2000s, it was a colored english and probably a 2000s movie.
It goes something like this…
A guy who has a relation with a girl (a one night stand or met in a club or something) and then he’s accused of murder and when the cops get him and try to bring him in she show’s up and kill the cops. So now he’s accused of being a cop killer as well.
He tries to clear his name while running away from the cops and trying to find this killer with the help of his crush.

There’s a scene where his crush finds a drawing of her that he drew on a piece of paper and knows he likes her(he was right there with her and she tried to snatch the paper from him or vise versa)
Another scene I remember is one of the final scenes.=> he’s fighting with the killer on a boat or something while the police trying to snipe him from a helicopter where they’ve his crush as well. so his crush trying to prevent the cop from shooting him and the killer was trying to kill him with knife.
