A movie about American football(?) — in the last scene a ball is hurled at a man, but he lifts his hands up and doesn’t catch it, allowing the ball to hit his chest. They’re probably at a parking lot. Then it freeze-frames and the movie ends.

It was probably made in the 80s. Saw it a long time ago.
