So I know I saw this movie, I might be mixing up a few things, but here is what I think I remember:
A guy uses a time machine and ends up in this dessert(?) where he meets a groupe of telekinetic people who sometimes have to sacrifice one of there own.
We then find out that there is a groupe of underground people who uses the sacrifices to power some machine
The 2002 version of The Time Machine?
“Beneath the Planet of the Apes” (1970)?
Could be either version of the time machine, 1960, or 2002
