I’m looking for an 80s or early 90s movie that beggins with a student party, then a weirdo (maybe a goth) appears at the windows asking for codeine and he falls to an empty pool. He dies and a boy who had a scientist father (i think) takes him to his basement-lab to resurrect him. When he comes back to life he is totally perverted. That’s all I can remember.
