The scene that I remember form this movie is a guy in the bathroom brushing his teeth with the door closed talking to his girlfriend who is on the other side of the door. She is a vegetarian and is accusing him of eating meat. They apparently had some agreement that he wouldn’t since she was a vegetarian. The guy in the movie looks a little like George Segal with a mustache but taller. The movie takes place in 1980 I believe, but I think I saw it in 1985. It was broadcast on television in color.
