Saw this American movie years ago, I think in late 70’s or 80’s. This guy was a side character, I think, someone’s son or brother or something. He is in his 30’s or 40’s, having his first sexual relationship. His partner tells him things are okay, except for the part where he poops during sex, every time. He looks super surprised, and sincerely asks, “Doesn’t everybody?” Has to have been a film, because no way could this have been on TV in those days. In color, in English.
