So I have no idea what this movie is called. I’ve looked for years but can’t find it. It might even be an episode from some scifi show. All I know is that I remember a guy being bald and trying some new thing to grow his hair. One scene had him cutting his hair and the hair screamed! Tiny screaming hairs! It was hilarious and terrifying at the same time.

My husband also remembered but can’t place it either. Please help solve this very long search mystery for us. Thanks
