Hi all,

Need help movie was approx 90s with from what i remember two main characters one which is killed or missing and he leaves a hidden note under neath motorcycle front fairing , police chase and so fourth takes place .

If it helps my memory might prevail me but i think there was a dark guy and a white guy main characters .

I have been trying to figure this out for  a few years and it is really;y getting to me now .

Please HELP lol
