So I saw this movie about 10-15 years ago,  on TV I think in color in English.  I remember that it was 2 sisters,  the older one was at a party with her boyfriend when the younger sister came to get her to go home.  it was snowing out and I think they took a wrong turn and ended up on this weird town.  the townspeople were welcoming at first but then the sisters remembered theyes had to go home and once they said they were going to leave,  the townspeople were trying to stop them.  I remember there being an 8-ball building and the townspeople chased them on bumper cars I think.  that’s all I can remember,  hopefully someone can help! !
