I saw last year a movie where a guy was killing killing people who deserve to die. It started with a 16 year old girl getting a car for her birthday, then she started screaming at her parents as it was not the one she wanted. Guy goes next day to her and kills her. A girl sees the killing and is impressed with the guy and stimulates him to kill more people that deserve to die.

Interesting, but not as brilliant as Falling Down.
