Around 80’s-early 90’s. English language in color. Saw in tv. It’s action movie.

The hero is muscular blond guy.

There’s a some sort of biker gang, kidnapping a girl(not sure about this part).

The final fight is between the hero (he might have a friend, not sure) and the gang, in some kind of desert.

The hero friend might be fighting one of the gang member, a big fat guy.

The leader of gang is muscular black hair tanned, wearing a tank top. At some point he ripped the tank top to fight with the hero. The hero has furry chest hair.

Can’t remember much detail, but like the final fight.
