American movie with 2 hill billy guys who capture females & keep them in different locations in the vehicles, like old caravans, torture them & watch them on their surveillance camera. I think one guy is worse then the other & his brother or friend gets sick of catching him masturbating in their van while watching the girls on camera.

Close, but not on of the Wrong Turn films. The 2 guys weren’t as inbred looking. It was more like a movie from the 70tys or 80tys
