This movie is highly likely to be SyFy original movie from back in the days when it was still called “Sci-Fi” it had to have been approximately between 2000-2003 when it aired. The only actually part of the film I can remember was the monster of the movie being a giant purple colored monster terrorizing the streets. That’s all I’ve got and to this day still have that image alone in my head.
