I really dont remember anything about this movie beside a scene when someone is turning into some kind of green monster and its not “the hulk”, you can see his skin turning green slowly with weird sound effect. I saw this when i was a kid at around 1990 maybe even 1988-1989. I remeber it was interesting and scarry, thats it..Please help!!!
