So it was a cartoon childrens movie in colour. I remember a sceen where its a little girl that lives underwater with her father and then theres this little boy who lives on land with his mother and they are driving past the bridge and theres a huge storm which brings a huge wave over their car and with the wave comes the little girl and she was sitting there infront of the boy and the mothers car and she looked confused so the little boy and the mom took her home and took care of her I saw this movie when I was 3 or 4 and im 11 so around 2008 2009 please help me find this movie because it is a memory from wheb I was younger and I need to find it and it is NOT “The Little Mermaid”
