It was an adult animated film about 2 school kids who kill an insect on the school playground and a teacher sees this happen and then tries to kill the 2 kids for the rest of the film. One of the boys always carries around a metal pipe which he uses to kill the teacher at the end. Quoting “see I told you a metal pipe would come in handy”.
