French film. I remember only one scene. It was 20+ years ago.

In this scene a group of kids catch/kidnap a neigbours cat. One of the boys is chalenged to “have sex” with the cat. As the rape goes on an adult male voice is telling a story how this boy is deseased with every possible STD because he sticks his penis in everyone and everything and that the cat cannot fight because its master (older lady) pfiled its claws down
(I guess because she didn’t want the cat to ruin the furniture). Anyway I think the adult male voice that was telling the story was one of the boys in that scene.

I hope someone remembers this movie. I keep remembering this one scene every now and then but I cannot find the movie.
