There is a movie that a friend of mine is trying to remember the name of. It is about a guy who borrows his brothers car. The car breaks down in the middle of nowhere. He gets picked up by someone who ends up being a psycho. The guy ends up taking out the guys eye. Then he has to chose between saving his cheating wife or his brother, whom his wife was cheating on him with. Possible from the 90’s. Anyone remember?
