Very vague memory.  Could be film or could be TV.

There’s a moment where the bad guy is escaping from the good guys.  He turns around and screams in anger at them as the sound effect of a lion’s roar is heard.  You also see sparks reflected in his glasses (meaning you can’t see his eyes).

It’s very tongue-in-cheek and meant to be a satire I think.  I feel that the bad guy is escaping in some form of elevator.
