after the great success in finding ‘Kung fu bee blowing movie’, I have another one for you guys…this one for a friend who only offers a vague description:
70s/80s Sci-fi, ends with two robots. First one asks something along the lines of ‘may I have this dance?’ and other replies in the vein of ‘I’d rather not’.

I believe that is a scene from Short Circuit (1986), and that the dancing robots are some which were sent to pursue Johnny 5 but have been reprogrammed.
