So I believe the movie I’m searching for is old, from the 80 or 90s maybe. The only thing I remember is this young girl and a young boy were up in a tree in the middle of the night saying goodbye because he was moving away. He gave her a necklace that he also had, so they had margin ching necklaces. He told her that he would come back for her when she’s 18 and marry her. On her 18th birthday she sat at school by the field in a wedding dress sad because he never came back. She went to class and got sick and threw up on the new boy in classes shoes and he said that it was him. He showed her the matching necklace, and that was all I remembered!
