This movie took place in an asian city maybe in Taiwan somewhere. The lead actor goes to visit his girl friend on the set of a movie where they are trying to float a mannequin in a pond of filthy water in order to film a murdered body. During lunch brake the female director asks him if he would take the place of the mannequin and consequently his neck goes limp and he can’t support his head anymore?
