I saw this movie when I was younger maybe before SyFy was Sci-Fi or just maybe around the time it changed to SyFy either way……..

This movie consisted of almost a cerberus like hound that was chasing some woman at the end of the movie and I believe the setting was on an army base or the White House?

At the end she managed to hop in a dumpster while the beast that was chasing her was on fire and I guess it died right after.

Also in one part of the movie the beast ate some soldier before he was able to reach the surface of what seemed like a landing for some sort of military aircraft.

This movie was in English, color and prolly around the same quality as the movie Deep Rising or any other Sci-Fi Originals
