Saw this back in late 80’s, early 90’s. A cowboy befriended a pregnant woman on a journey and offered her shelter and food. One night he noticed she did not have the large belly and gave in to his lust. While having sex her vagina basically ate the cowboy and the woman looked pregnant again. Originally thought this was a Creepshow film but it is not, already looked.
