I’m trying to find the title of a movie I watched years ago, it’s probably from the 90s but maybe from the early 2000s.

The kids go to live with their grandmother I think, and while there, they find out that developers are trying to buy their family store/restaurant from the bank because the mom or grandmother can’t afford it anymore.

They hear of a tale of a banshee (a nurse who had died) who had lost an expensive bracelet in the woods long ago and they try to find it.

They do find it and sell it just in time to go save their family restaurant.
