This may be hard to follow but bare with me lol!

One of the first scenes I remember is a young skinny black haired boy is staring down at a pic of the blonde girl he is in love with on his pillow while masturbating.(sorry for that being the first one lol) He takes alot of pics of her and has them hung around his room. She is from a richer part of town and a popular girl with a jockey type bf. I think the weird boy and her used to be friends when they were younger…

Another is her talking her bf into helping her kill her dad or stepdad…he is asleep in a chair and they come in and stab him. The bf ddnt want to do it and I think he gets sick. She was standing by a fire while they burned their clothes from the murder.

She is caught and sent to a prison type place and no one comes to visit her…except the weird black haired boy who was in love with her. At the end she gets out and he is waiting for her on a motorcycle.

I’m pretty sure this is a movie from the 90s and for some reason criminal behavior or something like that keeps popping in my head. Not sure if anyone can help but it would be great! Thanks!
