…gets raped by the men in the village

I don’t exactly remember when I saw this movie, it should be around 2002 or so. I remember i saw it on hbo. It is in English as far as i remember.

So the story goes like this: there is this guy and he ends up in a village (didn’t see the beginning) and his car breaks down. He ends up taking a room in the house of the mechanic. The whole movie is pretty dark and at one point the man realizes that something is wrong because there are only men in the village and then I remember this one scene in which the villagers were having sex with some animals (I think it was pigs).

The mechanic sees he is disturbed so he goes into the village at this weird bar and when he is there he looks at the villagers and tells them something in the lines of “my wife is back.stay away from her” referring to the guy.

So, that night the mechanic makes the man put on a dress and then the villagers come at the mechanic’s house and rape the man and the mechanic starts shooting them to help the man escape but the villagers manage to kill the mechanic. The man escapes however and he starts running through a forest and that’s the end of the movie.

I know there are a lot of details here, I tried googling it but couldn’t find it.
