A few years ago, a friend of mine was watching some late-night horror movie and thought I might know what she was watching, so she took a picture and sent it to me. I had no idea. Here it is:

It was airing on RTV (Retro Television, I believe), on May 15, 2010. Probably late at night. Probably in Atlanta, if I had to guess. It looks to be in black and white.
It’s just so bizarre looking that I have to know what it is. The line “before you even know you’re pregnant” that you see in closed captions is just be from a commercial, and the captions were frozen.
The man in the still appears to be wearing boots and a jacket, but no pants. But it could just be the picture quality. Also, his hands are definitely on fire.
I’ve reverse-image searched, I’ve Googled the line, I’ve even tried emailing the station.
At this point, I just want to know so I can stop thinking about it. Can anyone help?
“Night Gallery”. It’s an episode from season 2 called “A Question of Fear/The Devil is not Mocked”. I found a clip on youtube which has that scene but it’s ridiculously long, but I’ll try to post it.

I finally was able to post video! If you go to the 1 min. 30 sec point you will see that image.
