I apologize in advance for the crudeness of what little I can remember of this college genre Indy film, all I can remember is it played on IFC or maybe Showtime at one point like 2004.

the two scenes I remember most vividly are a oral sex scene with a student blowing a college professor in exchange for tutoring of some sort & another scene when they were having sex in an alley. I remember the whole film being pretty good, but trust a male brain to only remember the graphic parts vividly. It’s been killing me simply that I can’t find the movie so any help would be greatly appreciated so I can solve this memory lapse.
