I have been trying to find the name of this movie forever.  I remember a scene where two boys dressed in old european style clothing like the boy in the waterhorse.  They cross this lake thing and end up in a large, old house or castle thing.  They pass by a picture of an old man who seems like the owner of the castle house thing.  They find this dungeon looking room with people chained up to a fire hell pit, and the same old man in the picture is standing with his hands tied.  He convinces one of the boys to untie him instead of helping the others that are chained up.  The boy unties him and the old man turns around and basically rips the boys face open and starts drinking his blood.  Whatever this movie was it was horrifying and disturbing.
