I have this memory of watching this movie where its a family of four, the older brother doesnt like his sister very much and the parents are super busy working so they have a babysitter, but they have to get a new one very often. The older brother starts acting up, pushes the sister down the stairs, they get the brother a child psychologist and he is diagnosed with lack of empathy. He doesnt tell his mom he loves her unless he did something wrong and wants to manipulate her. they take both kids to therapy and the sessions are recorded. at the end of the movie they come to terms with the fact he is a danger to those around him so they send him away until he is 18 but they promise they will visit him. in a part of the movies he drowns one of his friends dog and starts a fire in his building. its not the movie Joshua thats what the internet keeps telling me!!!
