This is a horror/sci-fi movie so it’s kind of modern day

There is an army of some kind camped on one side of a force field which they can see through. They are observing monsters/aliens that are on the other side, but the monsters/aliens cannot see out. At one point a man runs through the force field and one or two of the monsters/aliens (who look like amish women) greet him with open arms and then become violent and rip him to shreds and eat him.
