Hi All, can anyone recognize this English language film, probably dated in the 90’s/2000’s, seen about 3 or 4 years ago,it isn’t very good which made it funny, from what I can remember an evil but flamboyant (camp) magician makes a female detective strip , strangles her and then makes her vanish, despite this power he ends with a wimper at the end.
