Maybe it is one of the Doberman Gang movies from the seventies. They are not horror movies. They are dogs trained to rob banks. There are three or four of them starting in 1972.

I thought of The Omen, but looking on Wikipedia the dogs were Rottweilers rather than Dobermanns. Could be though?
