I remember a movie from my early childhood that absolutely terrified me. I can still feel the fear I was gripped with. I’d like to rewatch it just to prove to myself I can and that it’s no big deal. Unfortunately I only remember one hazy scene.

The movie was from the late 70s to early 80s. I saw it in color, on TV. It was in English. In the scene I remember a couple of people were running from something and had stopped at a gas station. The gas station was well lit and they were inside the car. But suddenly a demon/devil-like creature jumps on the roof of the car. The creature clung to the roof as they tried to drive it off. I think there may have been more creatures.
