I’m trying to track down a children’s movie I watched in the mid- to late ’80s. It was in English, and in color. The gist of the movie was that two children went exploring, and they encountered their mother–dressed in a tight white bodysuit, complete with hood–performing in a circus. They may have met a man with a small boat on a river in the woods, but I might be confusing that part with a different movie. Any ideas?
