Yeah. I watched this movie when I was really young (like 7?). It was about a college class going to a cabin in the woods with their professor. One by one, they start to get jacked and eaten by cannibals.
Pretty soon everyone dies except the teacher and this chick. She wakes up at the cannibal’s lair, and accidentally kills the teacher. Somehow she escapes and is seen walking on train tracks.
This little old lady helps her and brings her to her house. She turns around to make some tea, and the girl smiles evilly (I think she turned into a cannibal).
I know it wasn’t some disease they all caught. They all got ‘napped by the cannibals and eaten. There was only one survivor.

Nah, it wasn’t any of those. This was somewhere back in 2006-2008, and it was already an “old” movie. There was only one survivor and she turned into a cannibal at the end? Sorry I can’t be more specific, I was really young.

That’s not it, either…it was a whole group (I’d say around 10) of college students and their professor on a trip. They started disappearing in the cabin…(one girl had just finished taking a shower, and she got pulled under the bed by a cannibal while everyone was watching a movie.) It didn’t have any sex or nudity…
