I saw a movie on tv in early 00’s, but the movie most probably was released sometime in the 90’s. It was about a boot camp where teenagers were sent as an alternative to juvenile prison (I think). There was a scene where the bus arrives at the camp and the instructor puts the newcomers in line and starts yelling at them (full metal jacket style). Specifically, there was someone with long hair and beard among the newcomers and the instructor says to him something like “we have a celebrity! We have Jesus Christ!”

I’ve been looking for this movie for almost 10 years, please take me out of my misery!
